AI Procurement
Innovation Lab.
A closed-door, vendor-free working session for procurement leaders. One day to move from abstract AI talk to something concrete — built with your technical coordinators. No technical knowledge required.
The premise
Most procurement professionals are asking the same question: where does AI create real value, and where is it still mostly noise?
This session is designed to answer that question in a practical way. A peer-level working group of procurement leaders — no vendors, no competing organisations in the same room.
One thing worth saying
“This isn’t a content opportunity for Talent Supply. No cameras, no quotes pulled for LinkedIn. The point is the conversation itself. No preparation needed — just bring your experience and an open mind about where AI fits in procurement, what’s working, and what might genuinely create value.”

The format
Small groups, big focus
Work in groups of 3–5, supported by a KTH technical coordinator under signed NDA. You bring the ideas and the business context — they handle the technical side.
Isolated IT environment, zero risk
Test procurement use cases in a fully prepared, sandboxed IT environment — completely isolated from your company's systems. Zero risk for your systems and no technical background needed.
Frontier tools, hands-on
Experiment directly with the AI development tools shaping the next wave of procurement work (via technical coordinator) — and leave knowing what they can and cannot do for your team.
What you leave with
- 01Several procurement AI use cases pressure-tested with peers
- 02A clearer view of what is hype, what is viable, and where to start
- 03Practical input from other senior leaders facing the same pressure

“I’ve spent the last 10 years as a recruiter focused exclusively on Procurement & Supply Chain — diving deep into transferable skills across industries. I’m curious about how AI will shape the profession in the years ahead, and I’m bringing that lens into this lab.”
Technical coordinators
KTH Students, Industrial Engineering Class.
Each group of 3–5 leaders is supported by a technical coordinator under signed NDA. You bring the procurement context — they handle the build.
