AI Procurement
Innovation Lab.

A closed-door, vendor-free working session for procurement leaders. One day to move from abstract AI talk to something concrete — built with your technical coordinators. No technical knowledge required.

The premise

Everyone in procurement is being asked the same question: where can AI create real value, and where is it still mostly noise?

This session is designed to answer that question in a practical way. A peer-level working group of maximum 30 procurement leaders — no vendors, no competing organisations in the same room.

The format

01

Small groups, big focus

Work in groups of 3–5, supported by a KTH technical coordinator under signed NDA. You bring the ideas and the business context — they handle the technical side.

02

No setup, no risk

Test procurement use cases in a fully prepared, sandboxed environment. Nothing touches your production systems. No technical background needed.

03

Frontier tools, hands-on

Experiment directly with the AI development tools shaping the next wave of procurement work — and leave knowing what they can and cannot do for your team.

What you leave with

  • 012–3 procurement AI use cases pressure-tested with peers
  • 02A clearer view of what is hype, what is viable, and where to start
  • 03Practical input from other senior leaders facing the same pressure

Talent Supply

“I’ve spent the last 10 years as a recruiter focused exclusively on Procurement & Supply Chain — diving deep into transferable skills across industries. I’m curious about how AI will shape the profession in the years ahead, and I’m bringing that lens into this lab.”

Technical coordinators

KTH Students, Industrial Economics Class.

Each group of 3–5 leaders is supported by a technical coordinator under signed NDA. You bring the procurement context — they handle the build.
